How we make money

Plainly: the professionals pay us for introductions. Homeowners never pay Mantel anything, and your quotes are not marked up. We only earn when pros find our homeowners worth competing for — which keeps our incentives pointed at quality, not volume.

Mantel is not a contractor and does not perform work. The professionals we introduce are independent businesses — they quote, contract, and complete your project directly with you. We stand behind our vetting; the pros stand behind their work. And whatever you decide, verify licenses yourself with your state board. The good pros never mind.
